Sexual Offender Treatment & AssessmentAt CCFC we believe not every sexual offender has an underlying mental illness – but if one does, treatment is vital. We believe that it is important to screen for other psychological disorders, such as depression or bipolar disorder that may be impacting the sexual offender, and affecting his behavior. Appropriate treatment for sex offenders includes, but is not limited to, recognizing cultural, socio-economic and environmental backgrounds. Appropriate treatment, administered by a diverse provider in concert with state registry guidelines, will help ensure proper management of sex offenders in Connecticut. Contact |
