SCRAC is a regional partnership operating under the non-profit fiduciary of CCFC that: provides technical assistance, maximizes resources, strengthens families and cultivates youth leadership to reduce the prevalence of tobacco and  substance abuse among the population in South Central Connecticut.

The South Central Connecticut Region includes the 13 towns and cities of: Bethany, Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, Milford, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, West Haven, and Woodbridge.

SCRAC envisions communities where youth and adults are partners in a process of identifying community tobacco and substance abuse problems and creating solutions necessary for a healthy, safe environment for all.
